The rehabilitation services provided for a family member were effective The staff is friendly The facility is very clean

I gave 3 stars for therapy witch was wonderful and most helpful for my wifes recovery and some great and nurses and nurses aids tried to over look some mishaps like leaving my wife in the bathroom about 12 hour standing when she wasnt supposed to be I gave 3 stars for therapy witch was wonderful and most helpful for my wifes recovery and some great and nurses and nurses aids tried to over look some mishaps like leaving my wife in the bathroom about 12 hour standing when she wasnt supposed to be left unattended luckily she made it to the toilet then rang and still no one showed up for while then ring for the nurse couple of different times for help to go to bathroom they took so long she had accidents mostly on the niteshift and also they dont post there names on the white board in the room check out was a nitemare trying to get her meds and equipment really upsetting but I guess according to them it was not there fault it was the Drs fault I say it was there fault they knew days in advance when she was going to be released this place needs to get there act together more ... hide ...
