Creekside, like Glenbrook East, is owned by R.P. Management. For a time, they even had one Leasing Manager for both communities and they share maintenance staff.Honestly, what they should do is fix up the Creekside unitsCreekside, like Glenbrook East, is owned by R.P. For a time, they even had one Leasing Manager for both communities and they share maintenance staff.Honestly, what they should do is fix up the Creekside units, fix them up to the same standards that Glenbrook has, develop the pathways between the two communities and rather than steering HUD families all to Creekside they could have the HUD units dispersed throughout the two communities. Additionally, Creekside has a large Community Building which can be fixed up and shared by both communities.It is sad to see Glenbrook Easts grounds looking so nice while seeing the disparity of Creekside residents. There is so much that could be done to make that entire complex resplendent. Just the humble opinion of a former resident of the area.more ...hide ...
