Who, put 8 years of hard labor renovating this property from abandonment, and did a wonderful job, including finding renters that became friends and family, and were proud to call Plaza Osborn our home and community. After a sale to Tony T Coelho and Linda K McBride of Glendale, CA who hired a property management company called Cornerstone Property Services out of Mesa, AZ, the complex has gone to hell. The Management Company already had broken their lease by not keeping up on the common grounds (landscaping, pool, which is totally green and unhealthy, see above pics, and not responsibly taking the recycling to the curb, also in the lease.Now heres the kicker....Each tenant whose lease expires is given a notice to vacate the property, all of which had less than 30 days notice.The tenants of Plaza Osborn will publicly and continually review this property, and bring names with complaints and proof to as many sources as possible.Update: 9.3.2019 Now that the ownership/management turned this into an AIRBNB, they have not kept up on any of their responsibilities. Since the sale, the new management hasnt exterminated. There are cockroaches everywhere!!!!! I had never seen an insect in or outside my property for almost 4 years until now. This neighborhood is known for its cockroach problem, and the former owners did a great job of keeping them out. Now, that the property has not been exterminated, they are running rampant. So, if youre looking for a short term rental and youre lonely, this is the place, youll have some company.Update: 11.12.2019Please, Please, Please #BoycottAirbnb they are not just destroying communities, do your research before you think about renting an AIRBNB and see how they treat sacred lands of the world.
