Low income housing/assisted income housing. Most residents are elderly which helps keeping trouble out of the neighborhood, not a terrible facility, and visually not bad either. Most residents are elderly which helps keeping trouble out of the neighborhood, not a terrible facility, and visually not bad either. Its nicer then most lower income housing facilities in this area. Rooms however could be nicer inside. Exterior renovations made approx in 2012 shingles and siding completed along with some other smaller detailed exterior trim. Also decent landscaping and facility layout. Less then 40 residents, likely more then 20. Residents keep mostly to themselves and quiet. Also seem to have attentive landlord for lawn care and landscaping. The above statement is 100 percent my OPINION, as a local resident of the town, and not a resident of or affiliated in anyway with the facility. It is also only my opinion of the property and the changes that have occurred visually over a period of no more then ten years and is not supported by any factual documentation.more ...hide ...
