HONEST REVIEW: Must-Read if considering Four Seasons! My wife and I (27 yrs old, if that matters to anyone) lived in Four Seasons from September 2016-2018, and I can attest that some of the reviews below are outdated and HONEST REVIEW: Must-Read if considering Four Seasons! My wife and I (27 yrs old, if that matters to anyone) lived in Four Seasons from September 2016-2018, and I can attest that some of the reviews below are outdated and inaccurate (there was a recent management transition and upgrades placement). We do not leave reviews often, but this complex really deserves a higher rating than they have. In the two years that we lived here, we really were impressed with the management and maintenance teams. They were always responsive to questions and requests and always happy to assist. The grounds are always kept nice with cut grass, flowers, and shrubs. We never had issues with the snow removal in the winters -- the plows do request you move your vehicles from time to time in order to push the snow off the lots, but you will still want to keep a shovel/ice scraper in your car just in case. The apartments/community are surprisingly quiet -- we never had any issues with noise (other than the occasional loud foot step from above). The community is great all-together. By the end of our tenantry, we had made friends with most of the people in our building and really enjoyed having people to engage with. The maintenance team is knowledgable, respectful of your space, and very timely. In one instance, we had a plumbing issue emergency around midnight and we were put through directly to Luis who offered to leave his home and come in and help fix the issue -- I can attest that most complexes would send you to voicemail until the next business day. The pool is nice and easy to relax around, and they just put in a NEW workout room equipped with, at least, 15-20 high-end machines. The laundry room is nothing special -- but does its job adequately. And, we believe, the prices are very reasonable for the general area. We had an 1100-sq foot, 2-bed, 2-bath apartment and paid $1100/mo (this was back in 2016, when we first came in) -- when we came in, the carpets were brand new, all the walls had been professionally painted, and we had nice appliances in the kitchen. The pet policy is standard and the place was perfect for our 2 cats. Each apartment also comes with a small (beach-sized) locker in the basement of each building for anything you do not want to store in your home. This was great for us to keep garage items, camping gear, etc.My only recommendation was that I wouldve loved to see the complex install some form of bike racks on their property. Being an active area, we loved our mountain bikes (and were okay with them being stored outdoors during the summer months) but we had nowhere to store them and ended up getting rid of them because of the hassle.Bottom line: Four Seasons comes recommended from us. Great community with great staff and amenities. Get a leg up by respecting the staff and they will do what they can to make your time there worthwhile. If we hadnt relocated to Florida, we likely wouldve enjoyed a few more years here. Thanks for a great 2 years!more ...hide ...
