Where to start. I€™ll keep it brief. Rats and management has done nothing about this complaint. She didn€™t even offer to put us up in the cheap motel next door.The building structure is poor.I rarely write reviews but my experience here needed to be documented.more ...hide ...

I put a$200 hold fee on an apartment but decided to take a better option. Requested my money back, which was to take 30 days to return and going on three months and I havent received it back yet. When I called the office Mr.Jason is so rude about it, saying he doesnt know how long it would be because theres no corporate manager or corporate number is personal. So before renting from these people just know your pretty much on your own and whatever the landlord says goes theres no way around it!!!On another note, the rudeness Ive experienced from the staff is over the top.I want allow to view the apartment because I receive voucher assistance.I was told by Ms.Marcy if I want it ,Ill put the money down if not keep it moving shes not showing me anything. Im glad God had a better plan for me tho.To West yard loft staff: Get it together this makes no sense to treat people this way!!!!more ...hide ...
