For the price and mold its not worth moving there. My apartment along with others in my building have bad mold problems especially in the bathrooms. The mold will be painted over.

No matter how clean your apartment may be, if you live in this place you will be facing roaches all the time. Beverly Young likes to make eviction threats, while Ken preys on any female, even those underage. Beverly discriminates against tenants while Ken fails to fix any problem correctly, so it will be broken again shortly. The water contains lead, according to Ken's confession. Beverly has made use of racial slurs frequently. In addition, the tenants who are exceeding the income limits watch everything the tenants do. They take pictures to show to Beverly and threaten them with eviction even though they are doing the same thing. The police and DSS are called on tenants without reason and false allegations, and money and personal items are stolen during inspection. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. Everything I have said can be proven. If anything, please choose another place to live.more ...hide ...
