The manager here at this location is poor customer service She want return phone calls and every time you call her its a different lie Her main line is im in and out office

I absolutely love the new company that is working with the apartments. If you have a issue they are very quick to resolve it even with all of the covid-19 issues. Our office manager is incredibly sweet, the inside of theI absolutely love the new company that is working with the apartments. If you have a issue they are very quick to resolve it even with all of the covid-19 issues. Our office manager is incredibly sweet, the inside of the apartments are beautiful. The kitchen and living room are very spacious, bedrooms are the perfect size, good water pressure and there is great insolation. My only issue is the outside appearance which will be fixed after this virus mess. We have very kind neighbors and plenty of kids around for my six year old to play with that-GET THIS-are supervised while they play. Im all in all a very happy tenant . One more complaint-I wish the machine to load money on the laundry cards was in the laundry room so we could load the cards outside of business hours but it gives me a chance to see our lovely apartment manager who already stole my sons heart. Other than that, fantastic place to live. Thank yall!.more ...hide ...
