I have my Section 8 voucher in the amount of 1320 I039m a single mother of 4 and just trying to find a nice place to call home before it expires August 28th If my voucher expires we will be homeless

I had a few videos of leaking issues, bugs, and when Porsche conducted an inspection on the apartment, they asked me to send the photos I took since I moved in to their emaiI posted some photos which I was dealing with. When I moved out, some of the images I sent were used to make it look like I was the one responsible for damage, though I didn't do a walk-through. They charged me a hundred dollars and something to take out a coffee table and two end tables, as well as an ottersman. The walls had holes from maintenance that never fixed them, there were leaks when it rained outside, and I saw large spiders. Additionally, the doors and back blinds weren't new and came from another person's apartment. The bathroom sink kept leaking, too, and the water from the tub was black. The bedroom door and my son's room's hinges were loose and fell off, and I was charged for things I know I didn't do. Regarding the table set and ottersman, I won't pay for something I didn't do, as Porsche did it before she left the property. I regret not doing a walk-through. These were the worst apartments I ever stayed in, having moved from a different state. The corporate number I was given has not responded to my messages, and I think it may be the wrong number. I would not suggest these apartments to anyone.more ...hide ...
I lived at this property 3 yrs ago I must say its not the best place to live if you want a normal life of freedom . Especially if you work full time and have children this place has no play area for the children, they do inspections every 2-3 months you have no privacy in the home youre paying rent at. They have this guest policy and parking policy which is ridiculous its like living in prison just because you get assistance doesnt mean you have to be treated like scum .They print peoples names and birthdays in the news letter isnt that a invasion of privacy what if I dont want my name in the newspaper isnt that against the law to publish something without a persons permission. I encourage anyone that has a job to just pay rent somewhere no place is worth you living in and paying rent without having your freedommore ...hide ...
