Anderson Village off of Miracle Mile needs to hire new management and maintenance people I called them a month ago to complain about all the trash their tenants have literally thrown into the woods from their apts They still have done nothing

These apartments are really disgusting and pathetic They throw trash everywhere there is just piles of nonstop trash all in the woods Its dirty and overall has very poor maintenance I do NOT recommend even looking here

I have a stress animal which has been doctor approved and the landlord denied me They told me the first person to fill out the application and lease would get the apartment which I did and all I received was an email saying someone else got the apart I have a stress animal which has been doctor approved and the landlord denied me They told me the first person to fill out the application and lease would get the apartment which I did and all I received was an email saying someone else got the apartment and this was after they had called telling me I got the apartment They also did this days before I was suppose to move in When I called to figure out what happened they told me it was because I had a cat which is completely illegal After talking to some people that lived there they said the landlords would walk into their apartments without asking and would drop by pretty regularly which was a pain They also said nothing in the apartment was cleaned there was even food left in the fridge from the previous tenant Ive also heard that if you live here no matter how great you are you will not be getting your security deposit back Theyll find the tiniest things and take your whole deposit over nothing more ... hide ...
