Management is horrendous. Treats residents with NO respect. Threatens eviction to those residents disliked by management. More than necessary inspections of apartments. Poor groundskeeping. Poor groundskeeping. Management STOPPED planting of flowers. NO smoking in apartments implemented and MUST smoke in designated smoking area out in the weather, not even a cover. Allows offenders as tenants, who even assaulted another tenant and domestic abuse. Harassment by management and discrimination. Rent increases yearly with every income increase. Management does NOT abide by HUD rules, but makes up its own rules. ONLY pro is that pets ARE allowed.more ...hide ...

These apartments are awful the people who work here are lazy the apartments are filthy on the outside because the management is to lazy to pressure wash the apartments an clean up theIf I could give half a star I would. Their are people selling drugs from their apartment an when you complain to the management they say we are just judging people from their past when you don€™t even know the person so how can you judge someone if you don€™t know them. I just don€™t want my 3 year old around drugs. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! For what you have to pay in rent it€™s not worth it An the people running this place need to be fired!!more ...hide ...

Everything was fine up until the third shift came. I was calling for over 30 minutes and with no answer. Seems like she is falling asleep rather than answering calls.
