When I moved in, the upstairs toilet was flooding into the bathroom downstairs and ruining the ceiling; I submitted a maintenance request six months ago and the difficulty has yet to be solved! The office personnel used to be more helpful when Jessica was there, but the current staff are impolitely uncooperative. If you come to the office with any issues, Sandy will make a few notes on her notepad and state that things will be fixed shortly, but nobody ever arrives! I work nights so I'm at home during the day and the staff will enter my apartment without any prior warning. My mailbox has been broken since I moved in, but still hasn't been fixed after I have mentioned it multiple times. This area is a garbage dump! If you want to sweat profusely upstairs due to their refusal to repair the insulation and enable the air-conditioning to function, then move here! Oh, and don't forget to roll your trash cans back or they will bill you an additional fee! Also, they charge a $100 late fee if your rent is not paid on time. Well the staff is friendly no complaint with their greet and meet However the actual living conditions are not so good I have had a issue with pest that is yet to be resolved My bathroom ceiling started falling apart immediately and although Ive ment Well the staff is friendly no complaint with their greet and meet However the actual living conditions are not so good I have had a issue with pest that is yet to be resolved My bathroom ceiling started falling apart immediately and although Ive mentioned this nothing has been done They did respond to a plugged up drain and fixed that thank you The paint job that was done prior to moving in was very poor as it has plenty of drip marks and the carpet edges have white paint in many areas The noise level at night is anything but quiet So although they have friendly staff members here the living conditions are not so goodnMaybe some people are ok with what I am mentioning but Im not I feel like Ive been ripped off 2 stars one for the friendly staff and one for a affordable place but Id rather pay a higher price for better conditions more ... hide ...
