I applied to this Apartment complex and the office manager, Melanie Schneidau, told me that they had available units for rent. After two weeks of not hearing back from anyone, I contacted Melanie again and she informed mI applied to this Apartment complex and the office manager, Melanie Schneidau, told me that they had available units for rent. After two weeks of not hearing back from anyone, I contacted Melanie again and she informed me that there were no units available and that I had just paid $90 to be put on a waiting list that I was not informed of during the time of applying. She was very unprofessional, cursing and yelling at me because I believed she had scammed me out of my money. I contacted corporate and left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. I asked the property Manager to withdraw my application, but I still have not received my money back, even though I was told I would in two weeks. The property manager and corporate are highly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to rent from them, as they could be scammed out of their money. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. It is bewildering how the property manager is allowed to act so unprofessionally and rudely due to an error on her part.more ...hide ...
