The leasing manager is very impolite, but they put on a friendly face when they try to rent out the apartments. Sadly, these apartments have a lot of mold, and the management will not do anything about it. Sadly, these apartments have a lot of mold, and the management will not do anything about it. My daughter and I were both made ill by the mold, and my sister and friend had the same problem in their apartments. We had to leave, because the mold was in the vents, behind the walls and had even been painted over by the flooring. Furthermore, the heating or cooling does not work upstairs. I decided to move out when my lease was up, leaving the apartment spotless and giving them two months' notice. Despite this, they refused to give me back my deposit. Whenever I asked them about it, they would tell me I'd receive a letter, but nothing ever came. This is a place that likes to make money by any means necessary. Its a terrible place to live, you have absolutely no privacy, management and maintence are unorganized and and messy. The apartments arefull of different types of bugs. Apartment has no management. I have been trying to get my AC unit fixed for 3 weeks now with no luck. Maintenance came and said that its cool outside so it will not work which was a lie. It is not 74 degrees outside and Apartment has no management. I have been trying to get my AC unit fixed for 3 weeks now with no luck. Maintenance came and said that its cool outside so it will not work which was a lie. It is not 74 degrees outside and 79 degrees in my house. The AC is blowing hot air and it has gotten as hot as 81 degrees in my unit. It is ridiculous and they are not trying to fix it. The photo is proof. We have also had to fix other items in the unit after calling maintenance and not getting help such as the stove lights, and the garbage disposal. After 3 years here and paying our rent on time, we don€™t deserve this.more ...hide ...
