Need to improve some issues with move in cleaning and maintenance. Elizabeth, current manager, is solid. She gave great effort to see that I would be happy my situation. I was disappointed at move in to find large paNeed to improve some issues with move in cleaning and maintenance. Elizabeth, current manager, is solid. She gave great effort to see that I would be happy my situation. I was disappointed at move in to find large paint spots on the floors and old stains on the floors. Also had very dirty corners left untouched. Originally they said carpets would be replaced with high grade vinyl (very popular at this time). Owners decided carpet was still good and no change was needed. The people in office are great and it appears the desire to improve is present but owners need to raise the bar. Listen to the manager, shes the one with a finger on the pulse of this apartment community. See the pictures and judge for yourself. I have great neighbors and I just have keep a positive state as I work at taking care of the deficiencies as I move forward.more ...hide ...

I love the apartments but the manager was never there for us to look inside so the outside and looking through the windows the apartments look very nice
Had a bit of a hiccup in billing and communication our first month on our new lease BUT management was helpful, apologetic and swift in resolving the issue. Really appreciate Quinn for being diligent where others have not and for having a great bedside manner when dealing with very stressful matters. Previous management was lackluster in solving tenant issues, but I have enjoyed 3 out of the 4 interactions I have had with the new team and the 1 of 4 at least had a happy ending, stressful though it was! Wish them the best of luck as they get in the groove of things and look forward to the quiet, peaceful enjoyment of our home.more ...hide ...
