I took this complaint to the rental office and nothing was done. Maintenance is all men staff and one of them came in my home while I was indisposed. They would wait until I left my home to enter on other occasions. Whenever I would go into the office for clarity I would be ostracized and turned away with no resolve going forward. Theres no way to follow the chain of command. Any tenant just has to go with the flow of things here. Noone is ever reprimanded unless its life or death here.
