My wife and I have tried calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and there is not been an answer at all every time time that we€™ve tried. I personally tried to call the office for 45 minutes straight and there was still no answer. And before we jump to conclusions... yes it was between 1:00 and 5:00 per their machine. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Park on market you definitely need a management change.more ...hide ...

Its been 2 yrs this past June.New carpet was promised the 1st summer I was here since it is worn out, stained an tripping everybody up in entrance way & both bedrooms.Promised it again for this past June,an still nothing. Not 1 thing has been fixed or replaced in my apt since I moved in and wasnt b4 I moved in.I continue to trip over every carpet in all rooms, metal threshold between kitchen & living rm still slices your foot if u step on it,outlet in bedroom hasnt been fixed, sink cabinet hasnt been replaced and nothing else has been fixed in the 2 yrs Ive been here. The blinds are so old that they crack and break if you just touch them,of wich we havta pay $15 to replace each 1,which wouldnt bother me if they had been replaced b4 I moved in like they were supposed to have been.I have o.c.d bad so all these things really drive me nuts, esp the carpet wit all the former kool-aid stains all over it,as well as all the white paint they got all over it.I cant even vac the carpet because its so worn out & stained that it does no good to vacuum. All the apts ppl have moved out of since ive been here have had carpet & floors replaced an all other work that needed doin was done,b4 the new tenants moved in.Even ppl who have moved in 2 yrs after me has had their carpet, floors, sinks and all replaced, while I am still waiting yet again. It makes no sense.I keep my apt clean,I dont cause any trouble with anyone,an yet I still cant get the main things fixed.I like my apt,but it needs work done asap and somebody should be able to make this woman upstairs keep her kids in line.If they had to listen to them while trying to get to sleep or stay asleep,it would be a different story.I already have a turbo stand up fan on wide open,on both my side of the bed,as well as on my grandsons side and we are sleeping wit pillows over our ears as well to try an knock out some of these kids noise but none of it has helped a bit.I even spoke to the lady that lives up there an asked her to plez have her kids keep it down after 7pm when my kid is asleep. She apologized, said she didnt no it was that bad down below her an she agreed to stop them from doin all that after 7pm.All it did was get worse an worse from then.I would have gladly taken an upstairs apt for that very reason, but needing 2 total hip replacements and having 2 bad knees made it impossible to go up an down stairs everyday,so instead I am stuck gettin woke up every 2 hrs all nite by this ladys kids from the time we get in bed until between 10pm-midnight when she actually puts them to bed at night.Just to have it start all over as soon as they wake up or come home for the day.Its plain crazy to let your 3 an 2 yr old be that disrespectful to the ppl that they live above.in my case, she lets them make all this noise & all in her bedroom, when she knows that hers is directly over mine.Sorry for the long rant, something has gotta give asapmore ...hide ...
