While she is the fifth manager to take the reigns within a two-year period, I think she is the one who will show more stability than her predecessors.First floor units in both buildings and the office are completely accessible by wheelchair and have lever-styled door knobs. The buildings were built and designed carefully. The modern and formidable design of the units, with all brand-new appliances and energy-efficient feature make this Property an enviable experience to live here. Most tenants do take care of their units and agree that they would be foolish to neglect it.The residents here seem to get along okay. Many keep to themselves though many have friends or relatives who also live on the property. For affordable housing, these apartments have somewhat luxurious features, but are actually modest. Each unit has its own washer and dryer, so water and sewer payments are borne by the resident as they are accurately measured every month. There are cameras throughout the property which view every vehicle parked on the lot.We have a problem with littering: families send their children out to dump the trash, a violation of our rules, and the kids and other families place their food garbage next to, instead of inside, the dumpsters, another violation of our rules. Still, the property has a few features and amenities which make this a pleasant experience. Amenities include a computer center and gymnasium with fitness equipment. It also has security cameras installed throughout the property with many different views of the parking lot, the exterior of the buildings, the office building, and inside the office building. more ... hide ...
