First let me say this: I absolutely love my apartment! Perfect location! Earlier in September my A/C began to sound like a tractor trailer. I called maintenance and our maintenance supervisor, Lionel James was on it!First let me say this: I absolutely love my apartment! Perfect location! Earlier in September my A/C began to sound like a tractor trailer. I called maintenance and our maintenance supervisor, Lionel James was on it! He made sure parts were replaced, the a/c was clean and most of all explained what was happening as to why parts had to be replaced. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I thank dawn and Richard for their superb service during my time at the apartment, they were damn fast when maintenance requests were put in, and the pricing is the best in Beaufort county. ( after over 5 months of research and comparisons). The property is amazing, and while yes the pool isn€™t open that€™s fine. The apartment was in a great condition minus a minor thing or two when I moved in. unfortunately, things ended bad with my room mate and we moved out, but would definitely recommend living here.more ...hide ...
