The building manager is very unprofessional and dishonest. My family resided at this property for over two years with absolutely no complaints what so ever, our home passed every inspection done as in lease agreement. I have documentation from the manager regarding how clean and quite tenants we have been, just to be told she can not renew our lease on February 1st, 2022 in which my family had to give a two week written notice to said manager to vacate the premises by February 16th, 2022 plus pay our Februarys rent. Once we vacated the premises, we did not get any of our money back as she charged us for damages that werent made and a furniture rental fee, which is not in the lease agreement what so ever... I do not recommend anyone reside in this building as corporate seems to be ok with the manager treating low to mid class people like garbage, building is supposed to be secure, but manager does not inforce this safety issue as stated in the lease agreement, lots of drug activity and violence happening in the building thats not supposed to be happening in the building per the building and lease rules, manager allows tenant friends to do whatever they want against corporate rules and regulations, for example, painting their units, allowing them to have apartment size washers and dryers, allowing befriended tenants to have visitors for as long as they desire without permission from corporate, and against the lease agreement that states no visitors are allowed to stay more than 14 days out of the year. This being said, corporate should be taking action against the manager of the building for violating tenants rights, and violating corporate rules. Building manager also discriminates against children with special needs. Heres the proof on how good of tenants weve been.more ...hide ...

Trash and overgrown bushes so that rats and snakes have been seen. Maintenance requests are useless unless you beg and even then it is often not done. Management and maintenance just walked with no replacement seen yet.more ...hide ...

In other words - theyll have nothing available for a good year or two but theyll gladly take your money & info. Their advice to me was to get on their waiting list, rent a place for a year, and then move into their units. Seriously? Id have loved to have had the opportunity to become a tenant, but Im extremely put off by what I view as false advertising.more ...hide ...
