I absolutely love living here I did not think I would like apartment life as I was pretty much a country gal before moving to Brookings It is very clean and quiet here Every apartment is unique The amenities of the pool gym community room and patio I absolutely love living here I did not think I would like apartment life as I was pretty much a country gal before moving to Brookings It is very clean and quiet here Every apartment is unique The amenities of the pool gym community room and patio are absolutely awesome It is not cheap rent because it is not dorm living There are several options for lease agreements When you sign a longer lease you can keep your current rate longernPS I find it interesting that the people who complain andnwrite bad reviews very obviously have and ax to grind and probably were not very good tenants more ... hide ...

Im going into my third year living here and I have had a wonderful experience The management is fantastic in helping with any issues you have I have family come visit often and the guest suites are so convenient The whole facility is always really cl Im going into my third year living here and I have had a wonderful experience The management is fantastic in helping with any issues you have I have family come visit often and the guest suites are so convenient The whole facility is always really clean and really quiet however I do live on the top floor This is one of the only places in town that allows pets and Im always surprised I never hear or smell any animals inside the complex It is a little on the spendier side for Brookings but if you take advantage of all the amenities gym indoor pool and hot tub indoor garage car wash station outdoor grill area community room then its not so bad Anyone asking for more infopictures clearly hasnt made any attempt to view their website as it shows pretty much anything you would want to know more ... hide ...
