During the hot summer, my air conditioner was not fixed despite their promise that it would be taken care of promptly. Similarly, when the heating system stopped working in the cold weather, they did not follow through on their word. I then decided to break the lease, which was allowed as long as I paid that month and the following. Even after that, they kept calling and trying to get more money from me, as well as collection companies.
