unavailible managment unhygenic and loud tenants

Ive lived here for a little over 6 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse The neighbors let their kids run around and in front of cars they are loud in the hallways and trash is always piled up outside and not even in the trash can There is Ive lived here for a little over 6 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse The neighbors let their kids run around and in front of cars they are loud in the hallways and trash is always piled up outside and not even in the trash can There is litter usually all over the grounds There was one incident where a drunk and Rowdy neighbor punched out another neighbors car window and then bled over my car The cops are probably here at least every other month It says management is there Monday through Friday however through my experience Ive only been able to get ahold of them through emergency contacting I believe there is one manager for three Apartments I am not even sure what other apartments they manage The electric bill somehow High even when not in use all the time Northridge Apartments in possibly even Costello in general is a horrible place to rent from and in the future I plan to avoid this company at all cost more ... hide ...
