Garbage is always flooded over. Tenant below us had domestic abuse with kids in apartment for 10 of the 12 months yet I get a written notice because the district manager says dont worry about it and the onsite manager gets mad. Cops are around atleast twice a week. Went out of town and came back to our suv stolen and apartment wiped. No cameras on site so Costello cant be blamed for anything that happens on the propety. I should of done some research before going with costello. Everything with the word Costello in it has bad reviews. Im sure they blame it on the nature of the beast with low income.more ...hide ...

Within a few weeks I was scrambling to set together a surprise 50th for my mother and the great lady here said shed allow us to reserve the whole community room for 1 afternoon; it was a great surprise. The building itself has a great security system and provides a friendly environment. The elevators have padding which is rare but a great thing for senior living as allows, if lose balance, not to be seriously injured. The building every time Ive come to visit is very clean and theres usually a few people either in the community room or doing puzzles. The community seems super friendly as my grandma says they have a weekly potluck through which shes made several new friends and exchanged recipes. (I noticed the 1 star review below and such a great place shouldnt be tarnished by only 1 review, where circumstances obviously arose, so decided to write a fair assessment of the place that helped my grandmother transition from home to senior living apartments and made that transition easy.more ...hide ...

The townhomes and apartments here are beautiful with all sorts of amenities, like a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Utilities (except for cable/internet) are included in the rent. Great community!more ...hide ...
