Responding to the owner Because this isnt my entire legal name You guys took 60 to apply and never called me to tell me if i got accepted or not Thats why i gave a low score you guys are very unprofessional

Moved back to sioux falls and moved into Majestic town homes and the units themselves are great but the amount of criminal activity in the crime free zone is horrible Not so much of the the residents of the town homes but the low income down the stre Moved back to sioux falls and moved into Majestic town homes and the units themselves are great but the amount of criminal activity in the crime free zone is horrible Not so much of the the residents of the town homes but the low income down the street next to it and the only way they can go is through the town homes area as the way they set up the area They do keep up with repairs needed in the homes but the light on the street was knocked down 2 months ago and they cleaned it up but have yet to install a new one and that has had a major impact on the issues in the area They say they are waiting for the city and the city says its privet property and they are responsible for the light The other issue is the lack of enforcing the parking lot policy of residents only and when you call them they tell you to turn it into the pd and they come out and tell you that its privet property and the land lord has to deal with it I love most of my neighbors but with the increase in crime and the other listed items the majority of them have said they cant wait tell they are out of there leasesAlso the parking lot only has about 12 spots per building so parking is at a premium and residents end up parking on the street because the lack of enforcement of the policysnnUpdate on 41819nnAfter a full year lease we cant wait to be out they dont enforce policy equally on there residents as they allow some to park in the fire lane with no recourse yet our direct neighbor to our unit had to park 2 foot into it because the amount of ice buildup do to lack of management to remove it and they ticket them for doing so There garages are full of mice and all that go with that and they do nothing they have a securty patrol that comes through 1 a night Took them 3 months to repair a broken security light and they dont force some dog owners to clean up after there dogs or enforce the leash policy with all resident after a now former resident made a threat of harm to myself and my wife we put our notice in to move out of fear for our safety the manager Justin Vogel said we had to pay 1200 bucks before they would accept our notice even after we filed a protection order and they removed the resident that made the threats towards us And he expects us to stay where the person who made the threats knows where we live If you like watching drug deals and a lot of crime when the weather is nice and a lot of police cars this is the area for you And just a fyi the management company Reside is a sistersub company of Lloyd property management more ... hide ...

Used to live here used to have an actual majestic view Now its just another town home surrounded be apartments

Lived here 3 years ago loved the place all but the small parkinglot always getting into fights over parking spots was petty but how it was other then that not to bad of places quit the diversity
