Things were great when we first moved in Things went down hill fast as their office staff changed Siding blowing off buildings damaged my car and banged against side of building Reported both to the office with no positive result When we moved in man Things were great when we first moved in Things went down hill fast as their office staff changed Siding blowing off buildings damaged my car and banged against side of building Reported both to the office with no positive result When we moved in management had us document everything that wasnt repaired and repaired most of it as time went on Thomas was great The only thing that was never repaired were the walls writing scuffs wall patches etc Management when we moved in documented that we would not be charged for walls Upon moving out current management would not honor what we had in writing and kept most of our deposit for wall damage Mt View Village is a cash grab nothing goes back in to the upkeep of the buildings I know trying to rent is crazy right now save yourself some headachefrustration and look elsewhere more ... hide ...
