I noticed that one apartment was selling something all night long, with various cars arriving. He'd go out, pass something in, and the driver or passenger passed something out. When I went outside to smoke on my balcony during the night, more cars kept coming. I even saw one car pull up to the office around 11 pm, with two people getting out, going to the "workout room", and the female began taking off her denim jacket and jeans, while the male closed all the blinds. Approximately 15 minutes later, they left in their car. Maybe it's time to change the door code. The apartments look great and Anthony and Stephanie are very efficient. As for the "income based" part, a peek into the parking lot should tell you that some of those renters are not making the required income to live there; it's a joke. All in all, the apartments are nice and the staff is incredible. That's why they get five stars. As for the people living there, it's evident that they don't investigate too more ... hide ...

This place is a joke Cannot talk with anyone at the property plus the parent company does not respond to phone calls or emails Do not waste your time at this apartment complex they will not even email you back after 38 in application fees

I applied months ago very fast to take my application fee I have only gotten someone to answer 1 time she said shes too busy to deal with any questions and hung up Ive not been contacted back about anything
