Hello I am a 39 year old chemical sales rep from Nashville I need a place for me and my 20yr old 8lb dachshund Landon I have not gotten a voucher or assistance yet I work for Arrow Magnolia a chemical manufacturer out of Dallas Texas I am filing for disability because of degenerative diskdisease and arthritis If I have a preference first floor would be amazing I only need a one bedroom but will consider a two bedroom I have someone willing to move in with me if there is a mandatory number of tenants needed Preference is a single br though I would like to be anywhere within 20 min of percy priest or Old Hickory lake please Cities in order of most desired to least desired to live in Smyrna Hermitage Mt Juliet LaVergne Murfreesboro Lebanon Gallatin Antioch Nashville Franklin Brentwood Income to date for past 12 mos **phone#**hidden** I have solid references and have 2 years most recent rental and 6mos recent positive rental history I have solid references both business and personal Currently i am repairing my credit Im at a 530 I have two charities helping to pay for my rent and any living expenses associated I prefer a home or duplex first Second would be townhouse followed then by apartments and lastly trailer I would love an area if possible for my dog to run safely I also would need a parking space garage area to store my 24 ft boat safely Thank you for your time

I absolutely love it here. After a long search for a place that I would feel safe. Especially when I have my grandchildren over. This complex is perfect. Very prompt with any cares or concerns. The grounds are very well kept. A nice and clean pool area that is very relaxing. Pet friendly is a big plus for me. Christina the manager is very informative of things that may be going on in the complex. Such as road work, bug spraying, etc.The only thing I wish was different. Supposed to be gov assistance housing. These elderly people that live there most dont even draw that much a month. There pushing them out is what there doing. I advised them to seek legal action. Not right to start out great to get the money from our government then to use our elderly parents to turn around and sell out from under them and throw our elderly in the street.
