People need to take pride in their apartment and around their building. Your home is like your vehicle. Your going to have a little wear and tear. People should also remember. The owners dont make up the neighborhood. Its the residence you make the neighborhood if people would learn that. I would say everyone needs to be think on that. I also think that if you dont have to live there. Dont cause the owners are not your friend. The are Drugs and Meth labs everywhere. You would be safer under the bridge. They cops are no help.
