I gave it a go for a year, and am blessed to get out of there. The manager (Jessica, who also manages Heritage Oaks Annex, and Stanford Place here in Cleveland) is so grouchy, fat, and lazy she dont come out of her chair. She, and the main office dont listen to both tennets issues because its a little extra work. Sewage back up on the sidewalk, NOSY NEIGHBORS (high gossip, drama, and hatefulness). If your looking for a cheap stop before the nursing home or the grave...this is it! Otherwise STAY AWAY!more ...hide ...

To start with, the entire edifice is plagued with roaches, even in passageways and lifts. No matter how neat you are and what amount of money you spend on traps, you will not be able to get rid of them. You will encounter hundreds of them. This is not a minor difficulty. It is a full-blown infestation. But if that hasn't dissuaded you yet, they also have bed bugs. You will get a monthly examination by someone pretending to be pest control, who really doesn't know anything about insects. The spray will only bring out more. There is also a problem with a person in the building pushing all the buttons on the elevator so that it doesn't function, which is a problem since even the ground floor is up around 4 stories of stairs. The manager, Lyn Jenkins, doesn't care about the inhabitants. She will tell untruths to your face and say the building doesn't have bugs. Also, there are homeless people who congregate here. They just sit on the stairs and even when asked to leave they don't. Additionally, if you are looking for narcotics this is the spot! I have no nice things to say except that the resident supervisor is a very kind woman who really does care and attempts to help. This place needs to be demolished!more ...hide ...
