Great part of town for a section 8 housing apartment If you have children in middle school they could throw a rock and hit Arlington Middle School but the bus line still comes through there if you dont want your kid to walk which is a good school as Great part of town for a section 8 housing apartment If you have children in middle school they could throw a rock and hit Arlington Middle School but the bus line still comes through there if you dont want your kid to walk which is a good school as far as public schools go and the Arlington Elementary and Arlington High are about within 2 or 3 miles away The place is clean and the management is kind and helpful The apartments are big 2 and 3 bedrooms but the heating and air is electric the last time I checked which was a LONG while ago 5 years therefore it wouldnt hurt to double check that so get ready to PAY when the utility bill comes You may save on rent but they make up for it in utilities Hopefully you can qualify for some help with that if you can qualify to live here though Unfortunately the waiting list to get in is a year but its definitely worth the wait This is probably the best subsidized apartment complex in Shelby County If anyone has any better suggestion suggest it but these are the best Ive personally seen more ... hide ...
