Outdated big time like stepping into a time-warp this place has community bathrooms, a community kitchen and the nastiest of the nastys.Come on now/ it is after all 2017, not 1945. Even the police will not enter there because they are afraid of something rubbing off on them.To call this place anything but a drug den or flop house insults the worst of the flee infested hotels in the entire state, maybe even the country.Lets put it in proper perspective if this place was in Bagdad they would have issues filling the rooms.....more ...hide ...

They remodeled the building and it is in need of repairs again, sewage backs up in the parking lot and in the rooms on the first floor, there is a lot of nosey busy bodies all up in your business that love to spread gossip and lies even if you stay to yourself like I did. There is marijuana being smoked in the building and being dealt and its supposed to be a smoke free building, they dont want to make repairs its a constant complain to get anything fixed if it gets fixed then the washer dryer combo in the room I was in has been out since august and still no repair, the toliet tips when I sat on it, the stoves cook very slow and doesnt cook good at all. When the washer dryer combo worked it took over 5 hours to wash and dry 1 load if they even dried then. They let us be without hot water for a week, there is roaches throughout the building and their has been reports of bed bugs in some of the rooms. The heat and air units hardly work and leak, when a fire alarm goes of the doors in the hall shut up and if your arms are weak and you cant push them your screwed same as I the power goes out as well. Also if the fire alarms go off the elevators in the hall will not work and if your in a wheelchair your trapped. I was trapped 8 hours when we had a bad storm and the power went out and if a fire happens they dont try to get the ones like me out they let you stay in the building while they get themselves out. There is too many rules here its like living in prison and also with school full of kids that like to spread gossip and lies and cause problems with other residents theres a lot of tattletails that will run to the office for every little thing. All visitors must sign in and out and if they dont if you are caught with them they will write you up. They will write you up for any little thing and if you get 3 your evicted. The doors lock as soon as you go out and if you dont have the key fob to get-in God forbid dont ring the bell the wont let you in and if they catch you letting someone in they write you up for it unless the are visiting you and the paramedics cant get in the building after hours. You can pull the help cords in your room they dont respond to you. The staff are extremely rude and very cruel to us residents and they hold mandatory meetings and make all residents attend they will yell at you for anything and talk to you like your a prisoner. Also there are a lot of theives that live here I had two loads of towels stolen from me out of the laundry room which costs 2.25 to wash and 1.75 to dry for 45 minutes. People have loud prayer meetings early in the morning and late at night and walk the halls and slam doors and even stand at your door and listen the spread gossip. They even come in a do inspections to the rooms and if they find one thing out if place its a write up. The building is filthy and they never clean it the housekeeper is always in the office and the building smells bad like urine and feces and even other bad smells. People will hit you up for food and money etc and will go to your door and knock even if you have a blunt note on your door like I had on mine saying to stay away I dont loan out anything or listen to any gossip nor do I let anyone in my room. I could go on and on about this place. The only thing good is its income based and all utilities are include and if you want a home phone you cant have at&t cause the lines are cut out of the rooms and they wont let you have a line ran and you are forced to deal with cable for home phone. She was asked nicely to relocated several of us to the first floor cause we cant walk and are in wheelchairs what does she do rent them to new residents that can walk and leave us trapped. They care about no one but themselves here and the furniture thats in the lobby when its open before covid 19 epidemic you arent allowed to sit on it its for looks unless your waiting on a ride. They have camaras up everywhere except the rooms. Save yourself the headache and dont move here youll be very sorry.more ...hide ...
The senior housing here is meant for those 50 and older; I have been living in the complex for around four months. The door handles The senior housing here is meant for those 50 and older; I have been living in the complex for around four months. Every apartment has washer and dryer hookups, which were designed with seniors in mind. The door handles are levers to make it easier to use if you have joint issues, and the hallways are wide enough to fit a wheelchair or walker. Additionally, all of the toilets are comfort ones that are taller than usual. The only issue is that the bathtubs are slightly deeper than most normal tubs.more ...hide ...
