Our landlord is MIA most of the time. She is rude and thinks she can say whatever she wants to say to the tenants. She has sent out eviction notices, even during the CDC ruling to hault evictions. She has sent out eviction notices, even during the CDC ruling to hault evictions. She will not answer the emergency line. She has been avoiding certain individuals throughout the apartment complex. She told one of the tenants that she was evicting people that have been here for a while because the €œapplication list is too long.€ The landlord has no previous experience of managing an apartment complex. I just feel like everything that she has done has been completely unprofessional.UPDATE: The landlord here does not care about fixing health code violations. She has completely avoided speaking with me on every aspect . She is evicting me for requesting them to repair mold that is from a leak under my bathroom sink. My bath tub drains into the ceiling of the apartment below me. Also Im pretty sure our landlord blocked my number from the emergency line, which should be against policy.more ...hide ...
