Wonderful place to live clean attractive good neighbors The landlady is wonderful and so is the maintenance man Both do their jobs in a straightforward upright manner and they are good to get along with This place is 13 years old and I have lived her Wonderful place to live clean attractive good neighbors The landlady is wonderful and so is the maintenance man Both do their jobs in a straightforward upright manner and they are good to get along with This place is 13 years old and I have lived here nine years Comment from Andrea is a lie and she was the only problem here She got evicted and refused to move for 3 months These are 1 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with sidebyside refrigerator freezer dishwasher and garbage disposal Community room with beautiful furniture to use for birthdays gettogethers Etc Hookups in each apartment for a washer and dryer You wont find a nicer landlady or maintenance man anywhere and we have a couple of Apartments open Rent is not expensive and Section 8 housing is accepted Office is open 10 to 4 Monday and Wednesday Other times applications may be found in a box on the wall near the office door We are located on the corner of Belton Avenue and East Broadway Come by and look us over because we even have a Recreation Area fenced in for the children and a covered picnic area more ... hide ...

I think its funny how the comment is not true there has only been 2 maintenance men here who are great at there jobs and keep the apartment grounds clean as far as the manager at river ridge she bends over backwards for any of her tenants as she tri I think its funny how the comment is not true there has only been 2 maintenance men here who are great at there jobs and keep the apartment grounds clean as far as the manager at river ridge she bends over backwards for any of her tenants as she tried with you I have lived here for 5 years the staff are great and it is very well taken care of for one who lived upstairs torturing the people below you then when moved to a lower apartment harassed yelled cussed and was very disrespectful to those around you letting your underage children smoke and have boys spend the night on daily bases leaving trash all around hitting others vehicles because you were to close yelling and cussing at any company or kids that were around making living very uncomfortable for those around you not only that you also threaten the manager and staff trying to make it seems as others were the problem no it was you only so if you would like to live in a quite clean apartment please visit our non atrocious manager have a blessed day more ... hide ...
