I039ve been paying rent weekly 70 dollar a week to some people that owe a building on there property there no running water no place to shower it does have electricity he has run a extension cord to the building this isnt what I was told I expected anyway I was living house to house basically homeless so I took the deal anyway I039m constantly getting threatened that I have to move if I don039t give them things they want My youngest just came to stay with me I just need some help My number is **phone#**hidden** please help
I thought my situation was unbelievable but yours is so much worse and I039m so sorry for your situation I039ve lived in the same apt complex for 13 yrs and had never had any problems with 2 of the past property owners Then this past May of 2022 the last property owner retired and this man and I039ve given him and his 2nd office manager in 6 months as the DEVIL IN DISGUISE amp and his PUPPET ON A STRING I have been threatened with eviction twice harrassed about where my rent was and it039s always paid before or on the 1st of every month and myself and the bank I039ve been with this whole time send both of them confirmation of payment through Zello It goes straight to this man039s account within 20 minutes Then on December 20th I got a notice that they were terminating my tenancy in 30 days I have searched and searched and searched and am getting one road block after another A friend from my church paid for me to talk to an attorney and he told me not to pay my rent on the 1st of February so this man would get an eviction notice to serve me with bc when we go in front of a judge all my documents and text messages would prove all the things he039s done and it would be dismissed but I swear the emotional discord these people have caused is cruel and if I find something that will work with my situation I039m just going to go ahead and move I just want this all to be done and over with

We have the best managers, Mrs. Anne and Mr. Dave and the office lady Mrs. Lesley, or Lindsay, sorry if Im wrong it takes me forever with names. I have lived here at Watauga Square for the past 1 1/2 yrs. In my opinion and experience here, it is the best overall apartments for seniors and disabled in the area. C. / Wash. Co EMS are at your apt. in 5 min. The Manager and whole staff are caring, compassionate. efficient,. and take care of business! There are Laundry rooms on every floor, and trash shoots too. Safety key card entrance to building and security cameras, and more....!
