I have lived here for almost a year and at first it was sketchy bc of the name this place use to have. For the most part it is a quite neighborhood. We have kids that all get along. We have kids that all get along. And yes there are some children that act grown but they are respectful to me and my children. If you stay out of the way and out of trouble it€™s a nice place. My kids love the neighborhood and love their friends. U can make a cardboard box home it€™s all about how you carry yourself and you live. I€™d recommend this place to anybody that needs a place to stay and can stay out of trouble. Some people may say that the land lord is mean but I really haven€™t had a problem with her.its all about presentation.more ...hide ...
They dont fix things when they need to be fixed. Hardly ever anywhere to park. Laundry room machines are always broke down. Rats are bad cause of the field.
