**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE** I paid the full cost for an apartment that was supposed to be ready to move in. But, it has been more than two weeks and the air conditioner is broken, the bedroom door is missing, and the bathroom door won't even close. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE** I paid the full cost for an apartment that was supposed to be ready to move in. But, it has been more than two weeks and the air conditioner is broken, the bedroom door is missing, and the bathroom door won't even close. The fridge had roaches and gnats, and they haven't done anything about it, even though I asked them to. Today, the kitchen sink flooded my apartment. The employees don't do anything to solve the situation quickly. All of this should NOT have been a problem on the day I arrived, as the apartment was expected to be ready to move in, not under repair. They won't even compensate me for the troubles I've had, and they keep lying. Every day they say they will come to resolve the issue the following day, but it's been weeks and they never come. Do not move here! I would give negative stars if I could. **UPDATE** I had to contact code enforcement, a lawyer, and the Better Business Bureau before the management took my complaints seriously. They haven't even offered to reimburse a portion of my deposit or lower my rent for all the difficulties I faced for more than two months. more ... hide ...
