I lived here for a year when it was apparently new and only one tenant in the apartment prior. To start the quality of these apartments are not great for being €œnew€ or newer. There are gaps in the floor where you I lived here for a year when it was apparently new and only one tenant in the apartment prior. To start the quality of these apartments are not great for being €œnew€ or newer. There are gaps in the floor where you can see the ground and the wood doesn€™t touch the wall. The paint is poorly done, pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom, they never changed the air filter and the first week living there the AC leaked and broke. You can just see the property was built quickly and not done well which is sadly common in Nashville. The no smoking policy is not enforced nor do they do anything about people smoking no matter if it€™s inside or outside. The laundry facility leaks and constantly has flooded and the machines are either always broke or don€™t fully dry your clothing. They promised when I moved in a year prior that a pool and gym would be built but when I moved out in April they have yet to break ground on it. The trash is constantly over flowing and there€™s litter everywhere. Management however is pretty helpful if you go in and talk to them which is rare to find in Nashville. I just don€™t feel like the pricing reflects the quality. Not to mention the gate at the front has never once been closed. With the parking already very slim it doesn€™t make sense to not use it so actual residents can park where they pay. The weekends you can€™t find parking and if you park near the gate or by the dumpsters they stick a note on there to tow it. They need to fix the parking situation since when I got off at 9pm on a weekend I would have to circle the lot or park completely outside the complex. Also we were charged for valet trash which we never received. Upon move out they charged me for redoing the entire carpet which I did not understand why and in the lease it says you€™re entitled to do a walk through with them which I was never offered . A very minor thing, but just something to note. Overall the place could be worse but they definitely have a lot of fixing to do in terms of quality. The pros are if you go in and talk to management (specifically Cynthia) they are very understanding and that€™s rare to find .more ...hide ...
