Well Ive been a tenant in this apartment complex for ongoing of five years they have been their fair share of problems and issues but it saddens me on how someone is supposed to be a property manager can treat a tenant and lie when I reached out to c Well Ive been a tenant in this apartment complex for ongoing of five years they have been their fair share of problems and issues but it saddens me on how someone is supposed to be a property manager can treat a tenant and lie when I reached out to corporate offices at Wilholt Properties they were quick to point the finger without adequate proof of accusations They have been 4 Different apartment managers and sub fill ins During my time as a tenant But to put out 2 children around the holidays is heartless and also cruel To back up a property manager that is not telling the whole truth you have cameras for a reason use themnThere is no adequate proof of these accusations to be held accountable for any violation that she posted on my door then later that day put a eviction notice on the door I feel like I am being discriminated against why she holds a vendetta against me because I felt she was not doing her job properly regarding the matters that Ive reported numerous times How unprofessional for a property manager to say to a tenant no one in your building likes you you should move Wilholt Properties youre allowing your property manager to put a eviction to a tenant thats been in your complex at Bull run creek apartments for 5 years and I have dealt with unreasonable circumstancesI am a single mom and myself has kidney disease For your property manager that is new and very rude and does not uphold herself very well as a member of management going around the complex telling unnecessary personal business of this event that happened to me to several other tenants which I have documentation of everything You allow a single mom that is medically ill with 2children to be put out evicted on Thanksgiving day is heartless and cruel when whilholt properties and YOURnProperty manager absolutely have no validated adequate proof of these false accusations No customer service representative ever answered the phone for me Except for the first time that I asked the actual general manager to call me when the violation was posted to my door not once has anyone contacted me over the phone or even answers my calls each day that I try more ... hide ...

Bull Run is a great place to live I love it here The manager Brandy is amazing She always gets things fixed asap and helps you any way she can
