Within a few months of being there 2 individuals attempted to break into our apt , our mailbox gets pryed open several times with and noone does anything about it, and must i say dont attempt to go outside after dark!people walk around like zombies one of them dropping their needles at night which we had to call police to remove. Broken dishwasher, broken kitchen light that maintanence says they cant fix because part is on back order, i call bull! After reminding them numerous times i gave up. . Office staff Was rude several times. Im sorry but Find another job if its so hard to push a pen. Honestly the place needs bulldozed and rebuilt with new management and more security, Walking security that is and gated! Kept my deposit to, i figured they needed it more than i did, ow well, we are very happy to be out! keep scrolling down and then tell me my accusations isnt true! everyone will tell you this place is a dump!more ...hide ...

She moved in around a year ago when she could no longer afford rent plus utilities and her meds, groceries, and etc. Its helped her budget alot for the fact rent plus utilities is included and adjusted to how much your monthly check is. This is a type of government housing for senior citizens as well as disabled folks. The reason I have rated 2 stars is because here lately when we have went to pick up our family member to take to the store or pay bills or go anywhere she needs like appointments and such, she has told us about the increasing problems with bedbugs and roaches. People that have been moving in are bringing roaches and bedbugs with them then they are hopping between apartments talking and such and spreading them. She doesnt socialize with people or let them in her apt but one of her neighbors that recently moved in brought roaches and now she has them. They spray for them on a regular basis but after a few days they are right back again. We also get calls about drunks stopping her outside while walking her dog asking for money. Theres 2 people in particular that does it and we have warned them. Here lately the police have been coming over on a regular schedule anymore and it unnerves her and she calls for us to come over. The office staff seem to be pretty nice to her or us when we have a question or concern. I think since this place has been bought by new management that it seems like it might be getting better. They are trying to kick out drug dealers, people that start stuff with other tenants, and these people that keep getting bedbugs because they wont do as told and stay out of everyone elses apartments. This is one of the only places she can live and be able to afford to eat. Another thing that unnerves her is people keep tearing up the doors when they are supposed to stay locked. Whoever keeps doing it needs to realize that if the wrong people end up inside, these elderly folks could get broke into ( which HAS happened before) it just scares her that someone is going to try to break in her place since somebody keeps jamming the doors to where anyone can get in. I really hope to continue to see improvement and I feel like they are trying. We just want our family that lives there to feel safe and at home.more ...hide ...
