Very very poor management!! They called me back in April to move in then gave me five different move in dates. I paid my deposit in full then they told me they didn€™t know when I would be able to move in after making me some it in my 30 day notice at my current apartment complex. So I had to call my current apartments to see if I could still pay my rent for that month because the manager at the villages Told me she wasn€™t sure when I could move in my new apartment that I already paid my deposit for. I finally decided to not move due to lack of communication from the villages and told them I want my deposit back which they agreed to give it back. That was back in June and here it is Almost August and I have yet to get my deposit back. Every time I call they never answer. I have left over 6 voicemails and no one had yet to call me back when all I want is my deposit back so how can I get in touch with corporate?more ...hide ...
