Just an absolutely terrible person with no people skills in the least. The world would be just a little bit better place if she were to seize out and choke on her tounge going down the freeway and swerved off a bridge and drowned in septic water. You have to get let in then you have to find a buggy. Then go to another door. Then there are stairs when you get off the elevator.
