My AC has been out for 35 days and we are about to have the hottest week thus far I have to call for updates and the property management company never answers the phone nor email My family has and is suffering tremendously First the ladder then the p My AC has been out for 35 days and we are about to have the hottest week thus far I have to call for updates and the property management company never answers the phone nor email My family has and is suffering tremendously First the ladder then the part and now both while keeping in mind Ive had issues with my AC over a year I also made steps to try and get this repaired before it got to this point Really dont feel like they are being truthful with me about whats going on Im so tired at this point and now I have to figure out where my family and I will stay during the hottest week of the year Said part is my rent was paid for both months Ive gone without air Shame on you all for thinking this is okay more ... hide ...

I wish I could give this complex 0 stars No measures to keep tenants safe There have been multiple car break ins and multiple apartment break ins upstairs and downstairs The front gates are always inoperable with no means to get them fixed The apartm I wish I could give this complex 0 stars No measures to keep tenants safe There have been multiple car break ins and multiple apartment break ins upstairs and downstairs The front gates are always inoperable with no means to get them fixed The apartment manager Ericka Boothe rarely helps or answers the phone Her advice for breaks ins was to get a ring door bell and lock car doors She has replaced broken in doors with older malfunctioning doors that let in pest Tenants have to escalate matters to corporate office Please do not move here or your safety will be compromised more ... hide ...
