I recently moved here and absolutely love living at 811 East Downtown and very close to downtown Knoxville. Its a community feel and I like that too. Emily is very good at what she does and is such a sweat heart and Amy I recently moved here and absolutely love living at 811 East Downtown and very close to downtown Knoxville. Emily is very good at what she does and is such a sweat heart and Amy is really good at keeping this place running at top notch quality!The maintenance guys are fast and efficient and when you call to get something fixed they even fix issue the same day. Extra bonus are too many too list but if you are a dog lover like myself theres even a dog park here. And a park next door. I was a little skeptical to move here because its downtown and I am a little older but everyone is so welcoming and nice. Best decision I made moving here and am very happy here.more ...hide ...

I moved here a few years ago when they where renovating yes it was a struggle but when I tell you they made it alot easier . The staff is awesome Amber is a sweet heart. hate that she left...ughhh..But The manger Ms.Danita is a very compassionate person she has help me with so much when ever I needed a ear she was there a shoulder to cry on She was there shes very supportive to my family my children adore her she has made me living here worth it .Yes we have some issues but what Apartments doesnt. Ms. Danita is the best she offers help with out missing a beat I appreciate you keep up the great work .Just love the staff mr.Rick MrDavid and Mr.John Love you guysmore ...hide ...
