Even though I paid the necessary fees, my furry friend was swiftly kicked out, with the threat of eviction in a few days if he wasn't gone. The walls are thin and laughter can easily be heard, and while management is better than it used to be, it is still not very friendly. Though not amazing, Artspace is the most economical downtown residence you can find. The fact that artists are prioritized is nice, but the Memphis Artspace market could use some work.
