I have lived in Avenue Station since 2016 I had mold in my apartment unit previously and someone name Cheryl Cotton from corporate was very nice and accommodating with getting me switched to another unit Since then I have not had any other major prob I have lived in Avenue Station since 2016 I had mold in my apartment unit previously and someone name Cheryl Cotton from corporate was very nice and accommodating with getting me switched to another unit Since then I have not had any other major problems until recently I received correspondence from Avenue CDC a year ago December 2020 that construction would begin at the complex A year later November 2021 they began construction WITHOUT ANY NOTICE I literally came home from work and the walls were demolished in my apartment my things were damaged and in a disarray I spoke with someone at Avenue CDC whom was on the initial correspondence I received in December 2020 named Alan Maynie who was very argumentative dismissive and nonempathetic I mean you literally demolished my apartment with no regards for my belongingsIve contacted the Houston Apartment Association and Channel 13s Ted Oberg Hopefully theyre able to assist I also contacted the property manager Vanessa to no avail more ... hide ...
