Dangerous place. Thats the absolute LEAST of the problems. Rails on the stair cases are NOT even properly screwed in. A/C has issues EVERY summer and gets shut off. No smoking in or near units, and there is no designated smoking area. Good luck receiving mail. During renovation workers had to suit up for asbestos. I was forced to rate this place with a star, but I would never have given it any! Since I moved here out of necessity, I was fortunate enough to get a three bedroom apartment; unfortunately, difficulties started right awI was forced to rate this place with a star, but I would never have given it any! Since I moved here out of necessity, I was fortunate enough to get a three bedroom apartment; unfortunately, difficulties started right away. The vinyl flooring was ripped, resulting in people tripping. My car was towed, and I had to take legal action against the apartment complex and the tow company due to wrongful towing. Additionally, I had almost been hit head-on by three tenants from the back. At this rate, I'm sure a child will be hit sooner or later. My daughter's car was also damaged while parked. Although the apartment inspections aren't bad, it took five men to change a bulb on the last one and the new bulb was taken from another resident's house. I requested to have the light fixed two weeks ago and it still hasn't been repaired. The rent office claims to have two maintenance personnel for this massive community, yet they don't enforce dog waste rules and dogs are running around off the leash. In fact, I almost got bitten by a neighbor's dog. If you need a large apartment, this is the place to be, but be prepared to face some serious problems.more ...hide ...
Messy management since Marcrum sold the property. They have rude and unprofessional. They keep changing the rules and post it on their community website not considering people who dont have internet. They threaten people they will terminate them if they dont obey the rules they roll out effective immediately. They dont answer their on-call emergency number and if you leave a message they dont return calls for days. The manager looses important documents and talks to people like they are trash,they started enforced parking for visitors sometime this year now that people are parking correctly or parking on outside the fence on the street they are changing the parking for visitors charging them 5.00 to register and telling people to not park outside the fence saying the neighborhood is complaining.more ...hide ...
