Never in my life have I faced such unprofessionalism from a leasing agent. Due to my health issues, I had to move out 3 months earlier. Due to my health issues, I had to move out 3 months earlier. When I turned in the keys, Danielle Higgs, one of the agents, ACCUSED ME OF TAKING MY WASHER AND DRYER. She asked if I was sure they were mine, and then mentioned she had no recollection of me asking to have the appliances taken out before I moved in. She then dispatched a maintenance worker to check my movers' truck, who came back saying the machines belonged to the complex. I offered to show them the receipts, but all she said was she would "investigate". I was flabbergasted that she would do this to me after I had been to the hospital. On another occasion, I reported a Nissan Pathfinder that was discharging lots of gas, a fire risk. The maintenance man (the car's owner) was instructed to move it to a covered parking area, where the fumes could collect more easily and be closer to the apartments. This place is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Avoid it at all costs. more ... hide ...
