I attempt to be cordial and helpful to my neighbors. During my stay here, I have noticed two different property ma I have been in this apartment complex for over two years and I am still the same person as when I first moved in back in December 2016. I attempt to be cordial and helpful to my neighbors. During my stay here, I have noticed two different property managers, who, regardless of the reason, were both friendly and helpful. The current property manager, Lisa Jones Harris, is fantastic at her job. Even though she does not live on the premises, she is devoted to ensuring that the complex is kept up inside and out, making it a safe environment for all who reside here. She executes all procedures as per the rules and regulations, which does not always make her the most popular person among the residents, particularly when it comes to having to follow the rules of the complex. I expect to be informed if I am in breach of any regulations in order to maintain the quality of life here. If I am not able to adhere to the standards and regulations, which are not Lisa's own, but those of the owners, then I should consider moving. Nevertheless, I am comfortable with it as Lisa Harris is an indispensable asset to this home I call mine. With Quintin in charge of maintenance, the apartments and grounds are kept in good condition. Stoneleaf has an excellent team and I hope they will be here for years to come. So, if you are a single person or a couple, with or without children, and you have no issues with following the rules and regulations of more ... hide ...
