I have lived at this place for a number of years and always received timely notification when my lease was expiring. However, this time they failed to inform me. I was notified of the expiration of my lease only two days before, which is not enough for someone who works from 7am to 6pm every day except Sunday, especially when the office closes at 5pm. Daniela Morales, the employee, said she would wait till 5:30 if I had questions. I called her but did not mention that I wouldn't come to sign the lease; however, she concluded I wouldn't come and said I had only one day left to come to the office during office hours. Her behavior was very rude and needs to be addressed. No one has ever been this impolite before. Moreover, I usually receive sufficient time to renew the lease. I work to pay the lease, so they should be more courteous in providing ample time. This has left me with a terrible impression of Tropicana homes and I wouldn't purchase a home from them if given a choice. Even Burger King takes better care of their customers than this establishment. If I could, I would not even rate them one star. more ... hide ...
